KIBELA NATURALS, as (“we”, “us”, or “our”), provides the services available on the Site, a.k.a www.kibelanaturals.com, to you subject to the following Terms and Conditions.

The Terms and Conditions arrange the relationship between the Seller and the Users (the Customers) who use the online store at www.kibelanaturals.com.

By accessing or using the Site (pressing an object, a picture, a link or any button), you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree, without limitation or qualification, to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Please review our Privacy Policy which forms a part of these Terms and Conditions that governs visits to the Site, for a better understanding of our privacy practices.

These Terms apply from 01/01/2023 (to be adjusted).


“Seller” means the Site www.kibelanaturals.com owned by Agro Essentials Ltd. and used as a virtual platform for selling its cosmetic brand KIBELA NATURALS.

“User” means anyone who has agreed to these Terms and Conditions and wants to purchase products from the Site.

“Site” means the KIBELA NATURALS website (www.kibelanaturals.com) and all services we offer through our website.

KIBELA NATURALS mean the AGRO ESSENTIALS Ltd., the entity which is a party to these Terms of Service, as specified in the section, a company AGRO ESSENTIALS is established in Bulgaria with VAT BG204925479 and address: 11 Kitka Str., Gurkovo (9644), Balchik, Bulgaria.

“Order” means any Customer’s order to purchase the respective products from the Site.

“Courier” means a trader physically delivering the ordered products to the address the User has provided.

“Brochure/ Newsletter” means an electronic informational message about products that customers can order on our Site during a specific period. It can be posted online or sent to the User’s electronic email address.


www.kibelanaturals.com collects and processes Users’ data by following the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016.

The User agrees that www.kibelanaturals.com can process personal data regarding the services offered on the Site.

To provide our customers with service and process their orders, we will need to collect the following data:

  • First and last name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Delivery address with Postal code

Customers can change these details at any time via their accounts at www.kibelanaturals.com.

The data we will receive from your order, registration or browsing on the Site will be used only to provide you with a better experience and improve our service processing of orders and subscriptions to newsletters, contacting you in case of a problem.

As mentioned earlier, we guarantee that the data will not be shared with third parties for purposes that differ from those described before.

Users who have subscribed to our newsletter can unsubscribe at any time. But first, they need to click on the link that every informational email contains (unsubscribe).

You can delete your User profile from the www.kibelanaturals.com system with your data upon request.

Our privacy policy, in conjunction with our Terms and Conditions, explains how KIBELA NATURALS may use the information we collect about you and the rights you have over any personal information we hold about you. All the information can be found on our Privacy Policy page.


All orders placed by you are subject to our acceptance. We reserve the right at all times and in our sole discretion to refuse to accept an order for any reason and without liability to you.

Orders may only be placed by individual customers purchasing goods other than for resale. Before placing an order, wholesale customers should contact us directly via email (office@kibelanaturals.com).

After placing the order with us, we will send you an order acknowledgement by email with your order number and details of the product you ordered. This email is only an acknowledgement of receipt and is not an acceptance of your order. Acceptance of your order and contract of sale between us will only occur once you have been advised that the goods you have ordered are available and that these goods have been paid for in full, including any applicable charges. Payment shall be considered to have been received once we have received payment in cleared funds.

You may browse and buy on our website without registering, but when you place your order, you must fill in the required personal information fields such as name (first and last), address and postal code on our order form. Those are necessary for delivery purposes. 

You should not disclose or transfer your username or password to anyone else. You must notify us immediately if you become aware of the unauthorised use of your username and password. Without prejudice to our rights, we may suspend your access to the website without liability if, in our reasonable opinion, such action is necessary to safeguard the website.

Before submitting your order, you will be allowed to review your selection, check your order’s total price, and correct any errors.

If items shown on our website are not available, incorrectly priced, or incorrectly described, we shall not be obliged to sell you the items as offered.

We reserve the right and will inform you by email or phone if any items in your order become unavailable before dispatching your order.

We reserve the right to change the items offered on our website at any time and without any previous notice.

It is vitally important that you carefully check the number of goods you order from us. We will deliver what you ordered. Whilst you have a right to cancel, you must pay for the delivery costs back to us.


We have made every effort to represent the colours of our products and their packaging as accurately as possible. However, due to differences in monitors, we cannot guarantee that the colour you see on your monitor will reflect the actual colour of the product and its packaging. Furthermore, our products are handmade, and the product you receive as a purchase may differ slightly in colour or shape from the ones pictured on our website. You may contact us if you have questions about the product (see “contact us”).

www.kibelanaturals.com warrants that the goods that you buy will, at the time of delivery to you, correspond to the description given by the Site.


As soon as you post your order on www.kibelanaturals.com, our automatic system will send you an email confirming that we have successfully received your order.

We will process all orders within 48 hours of receiving your order, except on weekends and Bulgarian national holidays. Where there is a delay in the supply of goods, we will advise you as soon as practicable. If the goods cannot be delivered within 14 business days of your order, we will notify you of this delay, and you may either cancel your order or agree to a different delivery time with us.

After the order is given to the delivery company, we will email you confirmation that it has been shipped.

Orders will be sent to the delivery address you submitted on your order form. That is why we kindly ask you to check thoroughly the address you are filling in for any misspelt or wrong postal code. We can only be held responsible if that delivery address is correct. Also, keep in mind that all orders are delivered to your door. Or pick it up from a pick-up point of your choice. In this case, you are responsible for collecting your order within the required time. 

Please note that we cannot deliver to PO boxes. (There are some delivery restrictions on where we can provide, which will be given to you on request.)

Any delivery time scales quoted to you are indicative only. Whilst we use only reputable delivery companies, we do not accept any liability for delayed delivery caused by any third party.

All prices on the Site are quoted in euros, leva, and GB pounds. They include VAT payable but exclude delivery charges, which are detailed separately.

Please note that customers must pay any import duties applicable to deliveries within their countries.

We may change the prices on the website at any time and without further notice.

We try to ensure that all prices given on the Site are correct. However, mistakes can occur. If we have quoted an incorrect price on the Site and the correct price is lower than that mentioned, we will automatically assume that you wish to continue with your order. However, if the right price is higher than initially quoted, we will contact you to ask if you still want to order the goods.



The accepted payment methods on www.kibelanaturals.com are credit/debit cards, PayPal and IDEAL. (to be adjusted)

You confirm that the credit/debit card being used is yours or that you are authorised to use it.

All credit /debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If your card issuer refuses to authorise payment, we will not accept your order and will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

Furthermore, we are not obliged to inform you of the reason for the refusal.

You should note that your bank or card issuer may charge you because we process your credit /debit card payment by your order. www.kibelanaturals.com has no responsibility for such charges.



We offer a 30-day returns guarantee.

We hope you will be delighted with anything you buy from our website. However, if, for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it. Pack the items you are returning carefully. Ensure that old addresses, labels, and barcodes are removed or covered. Please add only the items listed in your order to avoid delays in processing the return. The returned items must be unopened, unused, and undamaged within 30 days of the date of dispatch. Please ensure that all items are returned in their original packaging with their labels intact. You can find the date when your order’s items were dispatched in your order’s documentation. 

You must inspect all goods delivered to you immediately upon receiving and, in any event, within three days of receiving.

You must notify us within three days of receiving any alleged defect, shortage or other shortcomings in the goods, which shall otherwise be deemed to have been delivered by your order.

If you properly reject any goods, not by the contract between us, you must nevertheless return the goods to us post-paid.

You may exchange the item for something else, subject to stock availability, or receive a full refund of the price paid (excluding any delivery charges).

The refund can only be made to the card used when paying for the order. We will email you when the item has been received and inform you when the credit has been made to your card account. This is usually within 14 days of receiving the goods.

If you wish to exchange an item, you will have to pay any difference in the cost of the item and any additional delivery cost. We will tell you what this is so you can arrange payment.

When returning goods, please include your order number, full name and reason for return.

Please wrap your parcel in its original packaging and securely to avoid damage in transit back to us. Please note that we cannot accept an item for a refund if it has been damaged in transit to us. We advise you to obtain a proof of posting certificate using the Post Office.

In any event, damaged or used items will not be exchanged, nor will a refund be made.

Suppose returning items in an order where the initial order qualified for a gift. The gift must be returned in an unused condition too. All items returned with the qualifying facility will be refunded.

Cancelling orders

You have a right to cancel orders for items purchased from our website within 24 hours (from the day you made your order via our website).

To cancel your order, please provide us with notice by email (giving details of the items ordered, the order number and (where appropriate) their delivery date).

If you exercise your right to cancel after the item has been delivered, please follow the instructions for returns above.

Please note that you are responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless we delivered them in error.

When the users register an account in our system, they can agree to receive to their email address following:
